超高層オフィスビルの加圧防排煙による煙制御計画
超高層オフィスビルの付室の排煙設備では、その特異性を充分に考慮していない仕様規定どおりの第2種排煙や加圧防排煙は、安全性能と合理性について適したものとは必ずしも言いがたい。そこで加圧防排煙をベースに階全体で必要な要求性能を工学的に再検討し、仕様規定よりも合理的で安全な煙制御システムを開発した。また設計段階の超高層オフィスビルに大臣認定制度を使って本システムを採用したので、その設計方針について概要を紹介する。
Design Method of Pressurized Smoke Control for Super-high-rise Office Buildings
If the smoke exhaust equipment in a super-high-rise office building is equipped with pushed smoke exhaust or pressurized smoke exhaust as specified in the specifications, the safety performance is mostly insufficient and excessive specifications. Therefore, we reexamined the required performance for the entire floor based on pressurized smoke prevention and developed a smoke control system that is more rational and safer than the specifications. In addition, since this system was adopted for an ultra-high-rise office building under design using the ministerial certification system, we will introduce the outline of its design policy.
