手術室空調システム「クリーンコンポ デュアルエアー」の開発
－下降流と旋回流の2つの気流で患者の医療環境と医療従事者の快適環境を両立する－
本報では、手術を受ける患者に必要な医療環境と、手術に携わる医師や看護師などの医療従事者の作業に適した快適環境を両立する手術室空調について述べる。1室に2つの温熱環境形成を実現することを目的に、送風温度制御の垂直下降流と室温制御の水平旋回流の2方向気流の組み合わせた、空調システム「クリーンコンポ デュアルエアー」を開発した。シミュレーションと実物大モックアップ手術室での実験により技術開発を行い、さらに実際の手術室において運用段階の性能検証を行った。その結果、開発空調は、患者だけではなく、医療従事者に対しても快適な温熱環境を提供できることを明らかにした。
Air conditioning system “Clean Compo Dual Air” for operating rooms

This report describes about new air-conditioning system for operating rooms to be able to balances medical-care air environment for the patient and well-being thermal comfort for doctors and nurses. This new system named “Clean compo Dual-air” provides double individual environments in an operating room with dual-airflow (downflow which control supply air temperature and spiral flow which control room air temperature).From the result of CFD simulation, experiment at the real size mockup operating room, and performance verification at the actual operating room in operation, effectiveness of this new system have become clear.
