建物デジタルプラットフォーム「DX-Core(建物OS)」の開発
清水建設では、建物内の建築設備やIoTデバイス、各種アプリケーションの相互連携を容易にする建物運用デジタルプラットフォーム機能を備えた基本ソフトウェアである建物OS「DX-Core」(以下、DX-Core)を開発した。インターネット・クラウドが普及し、IoT・AIといった先端情報技術の進展により、建築設備システムの在り方についても見直しが迫られている。建物に特化したデジタルプラットフォームを構築することで、従来の建築設備の枠に収まらない新たなサービス・ソリューションを実現し、施設・街区でのDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)化に向けた新たな付加価値を提供できるものと考える。本稿では開発の背景、技術概要、活用シナリオ、今後の展開等について述べる。
Development of building digital transformation platform "DX-Core(building OS)"
Shimizu Corporation has developed a building OS "DX-Core", which is basic software with a building operation digital platform function that facilitates mutual cooperation of building equipment, IoT devices, and various applications in the building. With the spread of the Internet and cloud and the progress of advanced information technologies such as IoT and AI, it is necessary to review the ideal way of building equipment systems.
By building a digital platform specialized for buildings, we will realize new service solutions that do not fit into the framework of conventional building equipment, and add new value for DX (digital transformation) in facilities and districts. This paper describes the background of development, technical outline, utilization scenario, future development, etc.
