3眼カメラによる配筋検査システムの開発と社会実装
配筋検査の精度維持と省人化・省力化という課題解決のため、3眼カメラ配筋検査システムを開発した。日射や天候、配筋仕様の異なる25現場での50回以上の試行や、二色トンネルでは遠隔臨場との組合せも試行した。また、国土交通省の「建設現場の生産性を飛躍的に向上するための革新的技術の導入・活用に関するプロジェクト」の試行現場である東根川橋上部工工事では段階確認に初めて適用された。取組みの結果、平均間隔の規格値を判定するために十分な計測精度を有していること、橋梁上下部工工事において検査時間を1/3程度に削減できること、高所作業時間削減や省人化効果による新型コロナ感染対策など安全性向上にも貢献できることが明らかになった。
Development and Societal Implementation of Automatic Rebar Arrangement Inspection System Using Stereo Camera
An automatic inspection system for rebar arrangements using a stereo camera has been developed as a solution for maintaining the inspection accuracy while saving manpower. Over 50 trials were conducted at 25sites under different conditions of illumination and weather as well as with different rebar arrangement specifications. An additional trial of the proposed inspection system in combination with telepresence technology was conducted at a tunnel construction site. Further, the inspection system was applied for the first time to confirmation of actual construction at a bridge superstructure work site that is a trial location for a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism project. The new system was found to offer measurement accuracy to judge compliance with specified rebar spacings, reduce inspection time to about one third, and minimize time spent on high-elevation work. In this way it can contribute to improved safety by reducing high-elevation work and preventing the spread of Covid infection by reducing labor requirements.
