平成28年(2016年)熊本地震における生産施設の被災状況分析
企業からの公開情報に基づいて、2016年熊本地震における生産施設の建屋と設備の被害割合と震度階との関係、および復旧日数と震度階との関係について分析を行い、2011年東北地方太平洋沖地震に対する同様の分析結果との比較を行った。建屋や設備が被害を受けた割合は、震度6弱以上では2つの地震で大きな差は見られなかったが、震度5強以下では、2011年東北地方太平洋沖地震における被害割合が高く、継続時間の違いが影響している可能性がある。自動車・機械の生産施設では、部品供給停止により組立工場にも影響が広がり、震度4以下でも復旧日数が11~20日や21~30日となっている施設が見られた。
Study on Damage of Factories Caused by The 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake
The author has been compiling information on damage and recovery days of factories caused by the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake by utilizing materials released by several corporations, and has been studying the relations among the damage, the recovery days and the JMA seismic intensity scales. The relations have been also compared with those in the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku earthquake. There was not much difference in the damage ratios to buildings and facilities between these two earthquakes in the areas where the JMA seismic intensity scale was larger than the lower 6 level. However, in the areas below the upper 5 level of the seismic intensity scale, the damage ratios in the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku earthquake were larger than those in the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake. This reason may come from the difference in the earthquake duration time. Several automobile and machine factories needed 11~20 or 21~30 recovery days due to the suspension of parts supply even in the areas below the 4 level of the seismic intensity scale.
