近現代建築の保存・改修事例
清水建設は、1974年の迎賓館赤坂離宮（国宝）改修をはじめ、早い時期から近現代建築の保存・改修工事に取り組んでおり、技術的にも様々な提案をおこなってきた。本報告では、これまで取り組んできた近現代建築の保存・改修工事の事例について整理し、実施内容の全体像を示す。今後の近現代建築の保存・修理工事を進める上での基礎資料とするものとした。
Preservation and Renovation Case of Modern and Contemporary Architecture
Shimizu Corporation has been working on conservation and renovation works of modern contemporary architecture since the early period of Showa era, including refurbishment of Akasaka Imperial Palace (national treasure) in 1974, and has made various technical proposals. In this report, we will organize the case of preservation and renovation works of modern and contemporary architecture we have been engaged in so far, and show the construction summary of the implementation contents. It is supposed to be the basic data for the future preservation and repair work of modern and contemporary architecture.
