近代建築技術を軸としてみた清水建設
明治以降、近代建築を形作った技術はそれまでと大きく異なるものであり、当時の建築技術の変革に清水建設は大きく関わってきた。現代の建設技術につながるものとして、近代建設技術への取組みと施工建物との関係を整理するとともに、建物の耐震性に大きな影響を与えた1923年関東地震で実施した被害調査の取組み概要を示した。また、戦後建築の変化の中で生産性の向上、工業化への嚆矢となる建物に着目し、時代変化に対応した施工への取組みを概観し、清水建設が建設技術の発展に果たした役割を示した。
Efforts of Shimizu Considered Based on the Viewpoint of Modern Building Technology
Since the Meiji era, the technology which formed modern building has greatly changed. Shimizu had been heavily involved in the reformation of building technology at the time. We investigated the relationship between modern construction technology and construction buildings, and the outlines of the investigation reports of the 1923 great Kanto Earthquake, which had a great influence on the earthquake resistance of the building. In addition, focusing on buildings of postwar, we outline the efforts to cope with the changing construction technology and showed the role that Shimizu Corporation has played.
