汎用型低価格導電性塗り床材の開発
使用者のニーズを反映した、新しい汎用型低価格導電性塗り床材を開発した。この塗り床材は、導電性のない靴を履いた人が歩行しても、静電気による放電を痛みが感じられないレベルに抑えることができる。また、この塗り床材の特徴は、既存の帯電防止塗り床材が使用している高価な導電フィラーを用いず、安価なイオン性液体を混入することで樹脂の導電化を実現したことである。さらにこの塗り床材は、導電性のない通常の塗り床材と施工方法や基礎的物性は同等であることから、建物の一般部に使用することができる製品である。
Development of a general-purpose, low-cost flooring material with a conductive
A new general-purpose, low-cost flooring material with a conductive coating has been developed. A person wearing non-conductive shoes can safely walk on this flooring material, since the floor, suppresses-static electricity discharges to a level at which pain is not felt. Moreover, the resin in this flooring material was made electrically conductive by mixing it with a cheap ionic liquid instead of an expensive electric conduction filler, such as those used in other electrical discharge suppression flooring material. Furthermore, since the physical properties and construction method are equivalent to those of conventional flooring materials, which are not conductive, this new flooring material can be used in the general parts of a building.
