少子高齢社会に向けた安全・安心コミュニティ支援システム（その1）ーシステムの構築ー
少子高齢社会では高齢者世帯や単身世帯が著しく増加し、緊急時に各家庭内で対処することが困難な状況になっていく。筆者らは、少子高齢社会においては、建物施設情報の活用、および地域コミュニティの支援が重要になると考え、安全安心コミュニティ支援システム“ PiPi-che!（ピピッチェ）”を構築した。このシステムは、建物内の人・空間状態を判断するモニタリングシステムと、コミュニケーションツールであるSNS（Social Networking Service System）を連携させることによって、日常のコミュニティ支援、および緊急時の情報伝達手段として機能する。本稿では、まず、開発システムの概要と技術研究所内に実装した住宅向けシステムの実例を紹介する。続いて、開発システムの受容性を把握するための調査として、安全・安心およびコミュニティに対するユーザー意識の把握を目的としたマンション付帯施設アンケート調査結果について述べる。
Safety and Secured Community Support System for an Aging Society with a Declining Birthrate (Part 1)- Building Systems -
In an aging society with a declining birthrate, households consisting of only elderly members and/or of only one member will sharply increase, making the households difficult to maintain safety by themselves during emergencies. The authors, who believe that utilization of building information and supports from local communities will be important in an aging society, constructed a safety and secured community support system called “PiPi-che!”, which supports daily community activities and serves as a mean of communication during emergency, by coupling a monitoring system that detects persons and spatial conditions in buildings and a communication tool called “Social Networking Service System (SNS)”.
This paper outlines the system and describes a family model of the system installed within the Institute of Technology. To understand the reception of the system by users and their awareness on safety, sense of security and community, a questionnaire survey was conducted in advance on supplementary facilities of apartments.
