歴史的建造物の保存修理における研究開発の課題とその考察
歴史的建造物の保存修理について、環境保全、景観の観点から社会的関心が高まっている。歴史的建造物を活用する上で、その建物が持つ意匠、材質、技術の歴史的価値をそこなうことなく補修、補強を行う手法がますます重要となっている。本報告では、保存修理工事の具体的な事例、誠之堂、清風亭、新宿御苑旧洋館御休所での特徴的な点、調査、記録、分析、についての詳細を示すとともに、残されている問題および今後の研究開発課題の検討を行った。
Research and Development in Restoration of Historic Buildings
About the restoration of the historic building, social interest rises from the viewpoint of environmental conservation and cultural scene. When we utilize a historic building, techniques for restoration and reinforcing it become more and more important without losing historical value of the design, materials and techniques that the building has. We showed the details of the characteristic points, investigation, records, and analyses about three examples, Seishido, Seifutei and the old Western-style Imperial rest house in the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Then, we examined the problems in techniques for restoration and investigate the problem which now confront.
