次世代技術を導入した環境配慮型建築(その1)―技術研究所本館の計画―
清水建設技術研究所新本館は環境配慮型建築を設計コンセプトの一つとして計画を行った。特に、省エネ・環境負荷低減の技術としてTRIMAX蓄熱空調システム、パーソナル吹き出し口を使ったタスク&アンビエント空調、氷水搬送、外気冷房、CO2外気量制御、PHS位置情報利用の省エネ制御システムなど、さまざまな革新的技術を盛り込んで計画した。本報ではそれらの技術と、LCCO2排出量を一般事務所ビルより約35%低減するよう目標性能を定めて計画したことについて述べると共に、今後これを検証してゆくために設置したモニタリングシステムの内容について報告する。
Environmentally Conscious Building with State of the Art Technologies (Part 1)- Planning the Main Office Building of the Institute of Technology -
One of the design concepts for the main office building of the Institute of Technology, Shimizu Corporation, is environmental consciousness. The design incorporates state of the art environmental technologies, including a TRIMAX thermal storage HVAC system, task and ambient air conditioning with personal diffusers, slurry ice transportation, free cooling, fresh-air intake control according to CO2 concentration, a zone control system using positioning data with PHS, etc. The LCCO2 reduction target of 35 percent compares well to that of an ordinary office building, and the monitoring system will be able to measure and analyze the target.
