東京都内に初めて造られたシミズ屋上ビオトープについて
屋上ビオトープは、屋上緑化の一手法であり、とりわけ生物多様性の保全に寄与することが期待できる究極の屋上緑化として位置付けられる。本稿では、清水建設が東京都内にはじめて建設した屋上ビオトープの設計、施工にかかわる技術、使用資材、ビオトープの経年変化、維持管理に関して得られた情報、生物調査結果に基づいた生物多様性への効果などに関して報告し、大都市域に屋上ビオトープを建設することの有用性を検証した。
The First Shimizu Rooftop Biotope Constructed in the Metropolitan Tokyo Area
A rooftop biotope is a way method of roof gardens, and is positioned as an ultimate roof garden which can expect to especially contribute to preservation of biodiversity. In this paper, we report the design and construction methods, the materials used, control of its maintenance of a rooftop biotope which was built for our first time in the metropolitan Tokyo area. Furthermore, the effect to the biodiversity based on living thing observation results is reported. As a result, the usefulness of building a rooftop biotope in a big city region was verified.
