「建設ICカード」による労務安全管理と作業所運営システムの開発
建設工事の労務安全管理情報に使用されるモーニングイン磁気カードシステムを建設業界が奨める共通仕様の建設ICカードに替え、バージョンアップを行った。開発の狙いは、作業所の要望事項を取り込んだ円滑な作業所の管理運営に役立てることに焦点を絞り、従来からの活用ノウハウを纏めて継承し、機能を拡張し充実を図った。利用効果は建設工事の高度情報化に寄与出来るリスクマネージメントへの適用も可能になったことである。本報は、ソフトの開発過程とその利用技術、試行作業所評価を加えて述べた。
Development of an IC Card System for Construction Work Safety Control and Construction Site Management
We developed the hardware and the application software for an IC card for monitoring construction labor. Recommended as a common standard specification for the construction industry, the IC card replaces the magnetic-stripe card now used in the "Morning in System." We developed an effective project management system by focusing on the needs of construction site administrators and laborers. The products of development are the know-how of application and the full function that had been expanded. The system also provides risk-management functions for construction projects. This paper describes the development process, the application technology, and estimates the trial application.
