統合型施設管理システムの開発― オープン型介護統合情報システム ―
BA(Building Automation以下BAと略す)の分野では、オープンな制御ネットワーク技術であるLonWorksなどの普及に伴い、センサやコントローラレベルでのネットワーク化が簡便に低コストで実現可能となっている。さらに、施主側からの施設運営管理の効率化、高度化の要請が高まり、制御系と情報系システムを統合化する新たなシステム開発が緊急の課題となっている。そこで、最新の情報技術を活用し、双方の有機的連携をシームレスに実現する統合化システムの開発に取り組んだ。本稿では、これらを実現した事例として「オープン型介護統合情報システム」の開発について報告する。
Development of Integrated Facilities Management System― Care-TIS：Care management - Total Information System ―
In the field of Building Automation, the case with Open Systems based on LonWorks has become general. In fact, LonWorks has become a de facto standard in Japan. Therefore, we came to be able to construct the equipment control network where sensors and controllers had been handled efficiently. On the other hand, various information systems exist in facilities. A new application can be created by connecting these information systems with Building Automation. In this paper, we report on Care-TIS (Care management - Total Information System) which achieves the efficiency improvement of the facilities management and control.
