エコロクリートの開発とその実用化
多自然型工法、都市緑化等の社会的ニーズに応える「自然と共生を目指す技術」の一つとしてエコロクリートを開発し、いくつかの現場に適用した。エコロクリートは、コンクリートに期待される強度、機能性、経済性等に加え、「植生機能」を兼ね備えたポーラスコンクリートである。その特徴は、(1)植物の生育を可能とする連続空隙を有すること、(2)現場打ちで施工できること、(3)河川護岸に必要な強度を有していること、などが挙げられる。主な開発内容は、(1)強度特性の把握、(2)施工方法の確立、(3)製造時の品質管理方法の確立などである。本報告では、エコロクリートの開発の詳細および河川護岸への適用事例について報告する。
Development and Application of Ecolo-crete (Planted Porous Concrete)
Ecolo-crete has been developed as one of technologies in harmony with nature which meet the social needs such as urban greening. Ecolo-crete is planted porous concrete with strength, function and economy expected for concrete. It is characterized by holding continuous void inside, being able to cast in place, keeping the required strength on a river bank and so on. The main contents of development were the study of strength properties, the establishment of construction method and quality control test in the fresh state. This paper describes about the details of development and the case of application on a river bank.
