部品化生産システムの開発と実用化
筆者らは1995年以来「部品化生産システム」の開発に従事してきた。筆者らの提案する「部品化」はいわゆる「部品のモジュール化、標準化」とは異なる。開発の最終目的は建設生産の全てのプロセスおよび情報の透明化を実現することである。システムは施工段階のみならず、建設の初期段階における企画・設計から部品の調達までを含んだ、建設生産プロセス全体の再構築を目指したものである。本報は、開発前のフィージビリティ・スタディに始まり、開発成果の展開に至るまでの経緯について述べた。開発を通して、プレアッセンブル工法、部品化による住宅内装システムを実現した。これに加えて、部品化設計、物流調達、部品化による鉄塔などを提案した。開発の成果は企業内のみならず、企業外にも展開した。最後に、建設における生産の改革のために今後チャレンジすべき課題について述べた。
Development and Implementation of Parts Oriented Production System
The authors have developed the "Parts Oriented Production System" (POPS) since 1995. "Parts-Oriented" is in contrast to "modularization and standardization of parts" Its intent is a drastic restructuring of the whole construction process. One of the goals for this development is "The life of a building is doubled, and construction cost and duration are halved. "The main reason such extreme goals were established is that it could not be attained by mere extenstion of any existing construction system. The paper describes the development process from feasibility study to application. Through the development the pre-assembly method of building components and parts oriented interior finishing system are implemented. In addition to these, parts oriented design and procurement systems are studied. These results are developed not only for in-house activities but also for outside the company. The end of the paper addresses future challenges for the construction industry.
