細粒分を含む油汚染土壌の洗浄に関する検討
A重油により汚染されたシルト分、粘土分を多く含む黒ボク土、赤黄色土について洗浄処理の検討を行った。含水比を変えた上記土壌にA重油を混入させて水と水ガラス溶液で洗浄したところ、洗浄効果はほぼ同様の結果となった。一方、砂分を主とする土壌の洗浄効率は水洗浄より水ガラス洗浄の方が高かった。以上の結果から、細粒分を含む油汚染土壌の洗浄処理を行う場合、初めに水で洗浄を行い、土壌の細粒分を取り除いてから、残りの砂分を水ガラスで洗浄する方法が有効であると考えられる。この洗浄方法では、細粒分を除去するときに泥水が発生し、廃棄泥水量が莫大なものとなる。廃棄泥水量を減らすためには、泥水中の水と細粒分を分離することが重要である。現場実験の結果、泥水中の水と細粒分を効率良く分離できた。また、処理水は油分濃度、SSともに低く、再利用できることがわかった。
The Washing of Heavy Oil Contaminated Soil
In order to establish the washing method for heavy oil contaminated soil, the experiment concerning to washing it with water and water glass solution have been carried out in the laboratory and field. In our proposed method, clay and silt were removed from the contaminated soil by washing through the use of water; sand was washed with water glass solution. It is important to reduce the quantity of the disposal slurry. The field experiment showed that the water was removed from the slurry and treated which enables it to be recycled.
