ビル設備監視制御向けヒューマンインタフェースの開発
当社が保有するビル管理システムの最新バージョン(BECSS 5.0)の開発が完了した。本バージョンでは、オープンなネットワーク技術と最新の分散制御技術を採用し、施設管理機能の統合化を可能とした。特に、ビル管理システムの操作において最も重要となる監視制御端末には、標準機(パソコン)を採用することなどにより、コストダウンを実現した。また、そのアプリケーションについては、今までに蓄積された施設運用ノウハウを十分生かし、操作性を著しく向上させた。本稿では、このビル設備監視制御端末向けに開発したヒューマンインタフェースの開発概要について報告する。
Development of Human Interface for The Building Automation System
The development of the latest version(BECSS 5.0) of this company's building automation system was completed. The unification of the facilities control function was made possible by adopting open network technology and the latest distributed control technology. In particular, a cost reduction was realized by incorporating a standard machine (personal computer) in the supervisory control terminal which became the most important factor in the operation of the system. In practice, it improved the operation remarkably by making use of the facilities management know-how which had by then been fully accumulated. This paper outlines the development of human interface developed for a building equipment supervisory control terminal.
