火力発電所施設の構成と景観評価の関係についての実験的研究―火力発電所の景観計画に関する研究―
火力発電所の物的要素(以下、景観構成要素)と発電所周辺の景観との関係を把握することを目的とする。火力発電所を含む景観に関し、(1)火力発電所施設と環境との景観的調和の評価項目になる概念の選定、(2)着目すべき景観構成要素の抽出、(3)景観構成要素が景観評価に及ぼす影響の分析、の三点を一連の実験によって行った。(1)に関して、景観設計に関する文献で言及されている概念の間の包含関係を被験者に評価させて構造化し、建物と周辺環境との景観的な関係を評価する代表的な概念を整理した。(2)に関して、既存火力発電所立地の景観特性および火力発電所構成要素の着目頻度に基づいて景観構成要素をあげ、それらを合成したコンピュータ・グラフィクス景観(CG景観)を被験者に評価させ、操作すべき景観構成要素を抽出した。(3)に関しては、(2)の景観構成要素を操作して合成したCG景観と(1)の評価概念とを用いて被験者実験を行い、景観構成要素が景観評価に及ぼす影響を分析した。
Experimental Study on the Relationships between Evaluation of a Landscape containing a Power Plant and its Ancillary Structures―Study on Landscape Design of a Power Plant―
The objective of this research is to find the relationships between power plant design and the evaluation of the landscape the power plant is located. The authors assume that such relationships play an important role in landscape design of a power plant. The relationships are expected to reduce the search space in landscape design by imposing constraints on power plant design. To find the relationships, a series of experimental studies was performed. On the basis of the results of the studies, (1) a framework of concepts referring to the relationships between power plant landscape design and the environment, (2) the constituents of a power plant on which landspcape design ought to focus, and (3) the relationship between each of the constituents and the evaluation based on the point of view of each of the concepts were found.
