全面床吹出し空調システム
ディスプレイスメント換気は室内に温度成層を積極的に形成することによって居住域を新鮮な給気で包み込み、居住域で発生した発熱や汚染質を拡散させずに上部空間へ排除する考えかたの換気(空調)方式である。この特長を活かしながら足冷感などの問題点を解消し、さらに暖房をも可能とするシステムとして、室内への給気を床面から行なう「全面床吹出し空調システム」が考えられる。本方式は通気性のタイルカーペットを孔あきの二重床の上に敷き込み、床全面から給気を室内に非常に低い速度で均一に供給する。本報では実大実験によって得られた本方式の温度プロフィール、気流性状、換気性能などの諸特性と、制御方法、被験者実験による評価について報告する。
Displacement Air Conditioning System (DACS)
This paper reports a series of experimental results from a model experiment on "Displacement Air Conditioning System (DACS)", which includes the feature of vertical temperature differences, airflow characteristics, ventilation efficiencies, control logic, and subjective experiment evaluations. The idea of DACS comes from the principle of displacement ventilation, a type of mechanical ventilation, which utilizes thermal stratification caused by internal heat load. Displacement ventilation enables to remove contaminated air from the occupied zone by means of supplying fresh air. The upward airflow can prevent to diffuse contaminated air. DACS supplies fresh cool or heated air at very low velocity throughout breathable carpet tile laid over perforated fully access floor system. DACS can eliminate discomfort resulting from feeling chilly at the lower part of the body.
